Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique targeting deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It uses slow, firm pressure to address specific areas of tension and pain. Contrary to common belief, it doesn't have to be more painful; skilled therapists like myself adjust the pressure for comfort. This approach effectively relieves chronic muscle tension and promotes relaxation.

Muscle Activation Technique Session

Muscle Activation Technique (M.A.T) is a specialized form of manual therapy designed to identify and correct muscle imbalances. It involves precise assessments and targeted exercises to activate weak or inhibited muscles. This method improves muscle function and joint stability, enhancing overall movement efficiency. M.A.T. aims to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and optimize physical performance.

What Our
Patients Are Saying

"Simon is hands down the best therapist I’ve seen. I went in with tension headaches from neck and shoulder tightness, and he was able to relieve the discomfort almost immediately. On top of that, he gave me simple, practical tools to maintain progress between sessions. Highly recommend him if you want lasting results."

Mira R.

"Simon’s approach with MAT is next-level. I had constant lower back tightness from long hours at work and training, and nothing seemed to help. After only a couple of sessions with him, my range of motion opened up and the pain eased dramatically. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms—he explains what’s happening and how to keep the issue from coming back."

Chris L.

"What makes Simon stand out is his ability to assess movement patterns so quickly. I came in with knee pain from running, thinking I’d have to cut back on cardio. Instead, he identified the weak links, worked on them through MAT, and got me back to running stronger than before."

Hami M.

"I was referred to Simon after struggling with recurring shoulder problems that kept me from pressing heavy in the gym. Within weeks, he not only reduced the pain but also gave me specific strategies to activate and stabilize the muscles that were lagging. I’ve been lifting pain-free ever since."
